Went in today and purchased a new 14gn. I dealt with James my salesman. No issue. I get home and notice one of the bearing caps missing. My assumption is it wasn’t seated properly and it flew off on the 50 mile ride home. I call back to ask for…
Went in today and purchased a new 14gn. I dealt with James my salesman. No issue. I get home and notice one of the bearing caps missing. My assumption is it wasn’t seated properly and it flew off on the 50 mile ride home. I call back to ask for a replacement to be mailed only to catch attitude from Steve about it. Now keep in mind I have purchased 5 or 6 trailers at this store over the past 5 years and this is the thanks. Attitude about a poorly installed cap. Guess what store I won’t buy another one from????? Thanks for the great customer service after the sale STEVE.

Had plenty of parts. The new , electronic brake box has a button to tell the charge state of the battery which my old 2016 70ch big tex didn't have and the upgrade was only $80 for the whole kit Including the battery. Hasp pins to retain the ramps only…

Hasp pins to retain the ramps only $1.00.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
