Steve and Jenn are good people. I Had an issue after a purchase coming from the manufacture as a defect; and it was eventually resolved a short time later, so I know they do their best with what they got and will have my future business. Thanks again Steve for your help.

Bought a new X-Series dump trailer and the tarping system nearly immediately broke because the manufacturer didn't tighten a nut and the gears fell off while I was driving. I was told to go in so they could get photos of the missing parts. I did so, even though I had to drive out of the way and take time out of my day for something that I could have easily done/emailed myself. I was told 10-days ago they'd check with corporate on the parts and heard nothing back. While the tarping system was damaged it flew up while I was driving down I-4 and completely shredded the brand new tarp. I've bought much cheaper trailers with much better service from David's Trailer in Orlando. When purchasing trailers in the future I'll think twice before choosing BigTex. Edit: I was told BigTex is sending replacement parts to fix the tarping system. I’ll adjust my review accordingly if this issue is resolved satisfactorily.

Went here for the first time to purchase a trailer over a week ago told it would be ready this week. Called this week on Wednesday to find out when I could pick it up only to find out it still was not ready for pickup. Salesman stated they scheduled to install the tires,hitch and tailgate on Thursday and his manager would call once it was done for pickup. No call, so I called back Friday only to get Steve who is now stating Monday next week. Pretty sad website showed the trailer was in stock you go in pay in full get told it would be ready this week which it isn't and get the run around and no trailer! Worst customer service ever and wondering if I will get my trailer. Truly dissatisfied with my first experience so far and not sure I would recommend.
