I don't know what's going on with businesses now a days but customer service is pretty much done. I bought 1 trailer from Big Tex for cash and my brother financed one a few weeks later both from Derick. He asked me to leave a Google review and I did for the trailer I bought but rite after Derick asked to leave a review on the other trailer one of my closest friends called me and he was having a heart attack. When Derick messaged the next day asking about the review I told him my friend just had a heart attack for its going to be a few days. My friend is in the hospital and I'm all over the place. He didn't like it but last night I received this message that's in the photo. He is probably drunk and/or high but this is way to far. Hopefully Derick gets better but I will never buy anything there from here again and neither will anyone I know.
