Friendly, professional staff. Easy to make an appointment. We went in for routine bearing and brake maintenance. They found and showed us several issues. Our hubs have 115,000 miles, and they are worn. Going in we knew we needed some brake work. After discussions, we agreed with their recommendation to replace all 4 hubs and brakes, total about $1400. The crew completed the job in one day. After picking up the trailer, we experienced a short in the brake circuit. We returned, and they found and repaired the issue. Overall, they treated us well.

Based on my experiences with other BigTex centers that weren’t so great, I was satisfied with the service this location provided. Alonzo and his team were very informative and took their time to inspect my equipment for safety and reliability. Thank you to The Buda BigTex Team for installing new axles on my 25GN.

I’ve tried to call and resolve twice since I took my trailer here back at the end of December for brake service and a noise issue. I had taken it to the Jarrell location as I had a job near them but they were backlogged at the time however they quoted me $600 for the service. I returned closer to home and scheduled service with this location and it was night and day but not in a good way. First they are rather rude, second no mention of pricing even though I asked a couple of times, but when coming to pick it up they wanted $974+ for the same service as the Jarrell/Georgetown location. The trailer is still making the exact same noise and who knows if they even did the service. I have no idea why this location and Boerne have to be such pricks when you spend thousands of dollars to be treated this way. I’ll follow up with the corporate office too hopefully they are a little more receptive.

I tried to buy a flatbed for my truck through this place, but they failed to call back after calling 5 time in one week i decided to look elsewhere. When I purchased my flatbed I called big Tex to schedule my installation. I scheduled my appointment for a Monday and dropped it off on a Saturday because I had work on Monday. The service manager told me it would be done Monday evening or worst case Tuesday morning. On Monday around 3 o’clock I still had yet to hear an update so I gave them a call. The service manager was busy and I was informed I’d receive a call back once again. Around 4:45 I still had yet to hear back so I gave them another call when I was informed it would be done Tuesday by the end of the day. Tuesday came around and about 3 o’clock hits and I still hadn’t heard anything so I called again, that’s when they told me it would now be done on Wednesday around noon. On Wednesday about 12:30 I still didn’t receive a call. When I called at 12:30 I was informed it has been done for awhile. After work I went to big Tex to pick up my truck. When I arrived I was talking to the service manager and he was giving very minor details like the gooseball cover was going to be an issue which I had noticed prior. After I paid he walked me out to my truck just for me to find out they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WIRE IN A FLATBED. all of my lights hyper flashed and when I pushed on the brake lights EVERY SINGLE LIGHT ON THE TRUCK FLASHED LIKE BLINKERS. the tech came out and said that I would need to get my computer flashed by the dodge dealership. I asked about resistors and they said they tried and could no longer provide me any more help. Come to find out I didn’t have to get my computer flashed at the dealership I just had to add resistors on the lights and everything worked normal. Moral of the story DO NOT take a vehicle to this place for a flatbed installation.

We had a leaf spring on our trailer break while driving. Once we got settled, we called them. We were able to buy the parts to replace it ourselves. The next day we took the trailer to them . Had them replace the other 3. They got them done in a timely manner. They were very helpful with everything we needed and advised on how to replace the broken one. Life savers! We are on a vacation so needed it done fast. They came through for us
