Lone Peak – American Fork

Randy made this purchase nice and simple, I was also in and out the door with my new trailer and no time. These are some very solid trailers, I've had a 5x10 utility trailer the last couple of years. I only bought a new one because I needed a larger one, they also have a good resale value if you don't beat them up. I will recommend these guys and their trailers to anybody

if you're looking to buy a trailer go and get it from them but If you happen to go in there don't even bother with whoever's at your front desk go in and talk to Mike he will take care of you. I have had great experiences with him and the eight trailers I have bought from them in the past 3 years.

Beware, beware beware - called to see if Lone Peak Trailers had parts needed to fix a trailer. They said yes, come on down. Very clearly asked them for the needed parts. They had nothing. Other trailer shops are now closed for the weekend. Broken down for the weekend. Run, don't walk from Lone Peak Trailers. They are nothing more than a place to store trailers before they get sold.

Would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Our company purchased a trailer in 2019 from this company. They were suppose to provide paperwork and register the trailer. We never received any paperwork or plates for the trailer. When I've tried to call back and get the information. BRIAN the "so called manager" was rude, and straight up ignorant. He refused to believe that there was ever any problem and that WE the customers were the ones who just lost it. He refused to believe that they were at fault, even after telling me that the salesman who did the sale, was a horrible sales person and that they didn't have any paperwork on the sale. (What a great way to support your team) I'm going on 3 days now, Brian allegedly called the DMV and had the information to see that it was registered at one time, but refuses to share that information with me or allow any other associate to share that information. I'm led to believe this is a family run business because there is no way a reputable business would allow someone like Brian to be in charge of anything as he is rude, and has zero customer service skills what so ever. Even his own associates agreed when I told them the situation, they made it clear they get these kind of complaints a lot. So I'd stay away from this business and I will absolutely share this everywhere I can.

I would like to thank Randy for the great job he did in helping us get into a trailer for our nonprofit children’s organization for Duchesne County. After spending a full day looking for a trailer on the Wasatch front, Randy was able to help us find a trailer that best fit our needs for the money that we was allotted. At the end of the day Brian had the trailer ready and even hooked it us for us to bring back to the children in our community. We could not ask for better service or friendlier people to work with. Thanks again for all your help in supporting our cause.

I walked in on a Saturday morning not knowing what all I needed to wire lights and brakes on my flatbed trailer. The guys walked me through the options and never tried to upsell me extra stuff. I got what I needed for the whole system and was out in no time!

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Horrible service, Horrible quality. If I could give zero stars, I would. Earlier this year I brought my trailer here for a bearing and brake service before a trip. Went straight out on the road. All the lug nuts broke off on 2 of 4 trailer wheels. One wheel flew off at freeway speed. I got off onto the shoulder just in time before a second wheel flew off. All the lug nuts on the trailer were not properly tightened, causing extensive damage to the axles and wheels. It was very expensive to repair and we lost 2 days trying to get it fixed, and to get back on the road, and back home. I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt and said "ok I did not re-torque the lugs nuts when I got it back from them" I gave them another chance, and I brought the trailer back for service April of 2024 to repair some body damage to the top cap and wall. They said they could get it done. It is now August 2024 with no progress. Over the last 4 months I have called and left dozens of messages, they never call back. I've stopped by several times, and I've been told: "oh we are waiting on parts, it should be soon" Anytime I've been able to get ahold of anyone at this business, I have gotten the run around. After months of calling I finally got a hold of the "service manager" his response was "I got frustrated because I couldn't get the parts, so I put it on the back burner" He never called back to let me know that. My trailer has been down there for months and they aren't even doing anything, but they say they are when I call. He could have simply said "We can't do the work" I could have picked up my trailer and taken it to a competent shop months ago. The trailer service this business offers is incompetent and highly unprofessional. Don't waste your time here. Imagine if you bought a new trailer from these guys, and it needed service, you could wait months to get it back, or the wheels might fall off on the freeway. After being jerked around for four months by these guys. I'm heading there today to pick up my trailer and take it to a reputable shop that can get it fixed.
