We drove past dozens of trailer dealers today to pick up our second Big Tex Trailer from Big Tex Trailer World in Lebanon, TN. It's well worth the drive for such a quality trailer and great customer service. We'll be returning soon to order another trailer.

Matthew was great to work with. However I was a little disappointed in the fees they tack on I bought a small single axle utility trailer and they charged me a $40 prep fee and then there was a doc fee that was kinda pointless. I still have to go…

I still have to go to the courthouse to get my tags. I mean how much prep can there be it’s a brand new trailer.
