Mike was very knowledgeable about the inventory on hand and information on the trailers capabilities. He also was very thorough in going through the paperwork. Bonus with Big Tex we saved a substantial amount compared to other companies. My only complaint is when we went to hook up the trailer…
Mike was very knowledgeable about the inventory on hand and information on the trailers capabilities. He also was very thorough in going through the paperwork. Bonus with Big Tex we saved a substantial amount compared to other companies. My only complaint is when we went to hook up the trailer everyone disappeared and couldn’t be bothered to guide my husband while he backed up. I definitely do not blame Mike it seemed he was non-stop helping customers and answering questions for coworkers but with all the employees which appeared to be slacking I would think someone could be assigned to help hook up the trailer. I would give a 5 star review based on the service from Mike and the value of the trailer but I knocked off 1 star for lack of service after the sale,
