From the very beginning of my experience, the professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service stood out in a big way. I was searching for either a 77" x 12' or 77" x 14' utility trailer and came across the Big Tex 60PI model on their website. I sent an inquiry for a quote on a 60PI in the 12' configuration, and to my surprise, I received a phone call in under 30 minutes—possibly even faster. Shortly after, I received a follow-up email with the quote attached. I’ve requested countless quotes online over the years from various vendors, and I can honestly say I’ve never received a response that quickly or efficiently. That level of responsiveness immediately gave me confidence in their team. The salesperson who initially assisted me, Kelly, was incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth. She answered my questions with clarity and made the entire process feel comfortable and professional. I wasn’t able to visit the store right away, and during that time, Kelly happened to be on vacation. That’s when Raelynn stepped in to help—and she did so seamlessly. At that point, I had shifted my focus toward the 14' version of the 60PI and was genuinely torn between the two sizes. Instead, she walked me through the pros and cons of both options and allowed me to come to the conclusion that best fit my needs. I was so impressed with the staff at Big Tex during a recent trailer repair. Everyone I talked with was kind and knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable, which was a breath of fresh air. Vanessa in repairs was an absolute rockstar. She fixed every problem quickly and professionally, and she didn’t try to sell me unnecessary items. I’m a business owner, and we rely heavily on having trailers that are functioning properly, and I will absolutely be back with all of my future trailer needs!
