Melissa was incredible to deal with. After inquiring about a trailer they had in stock she was able to get the paperwork ready the same day over the phone. They prepped it for the next day and had it ready for pickup making process very simple and laid back. Overall…
Melissa was incredible to deal with. After inquiring about a trailer they had in stock she was able to get the paperwork ready the same day over the phone. They prepped it for the next day and had it ready for pickup making process very simple and laid back. Overall it took less than 30 minutes on my end. The drive to pick up the trailer took longer than the actual buying process. Would recommend dealing with them and keeping the business local!

My appointment was rescheduled three times. On the third reschedule, I expressed concern that they might not be up for this job. The insisted they were. During installation, they called and said it was more difficult than they anticipated, and would cost more to install. I agree to the upcharge…
My appointment was rescheduled three times. On the third reschedule, I expressed concern that they might not be up for this job. The insisted they were. During installation, they called and said it was more difficult than they anticipated, and would cost more to install. I agree to the upcharge but again expressed concern. I did not want to have any issues. When I picked up, my bumper was scratched in three locations. They explained that it was complicated and there was no way around it. They had me get three estimates for the repair and now are not returning my calls or emails. Steer clear of this company!

Just picked up a Mission 14ft trailer. Love it! Folks are super easy to deal with! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I am from Connecticut. Yesterday I had hauled up test weights to the air national guard. I had seen that one of my wheel seals on my trailer had leaked. Called them up and they where more than willing yo help me out. They had even gone out to get the bearing and seal for me while I was getting off loaded. Got me right in to fix the issue and I was on my way. Can't express my gratitude to them enough. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get home. Rare these days to find a repair shop that will basically drop everything to help someone out.
