I stumbled across Big Tex Trailer World in Auburn Maine, when I realized that my trailer receiver wasn't working electronically. I spoke with Kevin on the phone and he said he would make time for me if I was to drive there which was a little bit of a hike from where I was originally. But it all turned out to be worth every bit of my time and money. Kevin turned out to be one of the most talented technicians I've ever met with a skill set that went far beyond wiring. Kevin joyfully (was actually singing) performed the operation on my electrical components while his associate Jess, seemingly effortlessly ran the entire office space. Jess opened an account for me retrieving and organizing my information with a smile on her face and a charming personality. I've never felt such warmth and care at any other auto related shop. But here, not only did I find this rare experience, but I met a couple of new friends. I am very impressed by Big Tex's ability to identify individuals to represent their company that are such high caliber and just a treat to be around. Thank you for all you guys do. Look forward to using your services again in the future!

Can’t say enough good about Big Tex Trailer World-Auburn. I traveled to Maine with a new travel trailer and equalizer hitch. The hitch was improperly installed and adjusted, causing excessive wear and a loose ball. I ordered a complete new set and had big Tex trailer world install it. Kevin did the work. His extensive knowledge and skill setting up trailers and installing hitches was very apparent. He did an outstanding job on mine and now I can travel with peace of mind, knowing things have been set up for safety and good performance. Jessica, at the front desk, is also extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Big Tex Trailer World for any of your trailing needs.
