Matthew was great to work with. However I was a little disappointed in the fees they tack on I bought a small single axle utility trailer and they charged me a $40 prep fee and then there was a doc fee that was kinda pointless. I still have to go…

I still have to go to the courthouse to get my tags. I mean how much prep can there be it’s a brand new trailer.

My horse is everything to me and keeping him safe is so important while being hauled on my horse trailer. I took my trailer to Big Tex and they did a great job telling me what I needed. So thankful, it could have been bad for myself and my horse if I hadn't taken it there. They helped me unhook and hook up my trailer. Super nice people with great work ethics! Big shout out to Matt, Jacob and Paula for caring about my needs and getting me my trailer back so quickly. So appreciated. I highly recommend them !

I was driving through Tennessee towing my 1969 Airstream and in Crossville a bearing failed and the tire flew off. I called around, but no one in the area could help me with parts. I located big Tex in Lebanon and gave them a call. Paula was extremely helpful on the phone and Matt the store manager checked and he had all the parts I needed. I limped 70 miles and into the parking lot where Paula, Matt and the mechanic Jake all met me at the door. Within minutes, they had all the correct parts and I was able to fix the wheel, replacing the drum, electric brakes, and bearings and head on my way. Excellent knowledge and Customer Service. They were all extremely helpful. Thanks Again.
