I’ve been a customer in the past, I was in the market to buy a dump trailer but decided just to stop by & take a look at the equipment. I was really pleased with the quality of the trailers, pricing, along with the warranty & Tyler’s knowledge of all the equipment on his lot. I decided now is the time & to go ahead a pull the trigger. Not realizing it was just about closing time on Saturday. Tyler had his team get the trailer ready while we handled paperwork, everyone was very tentative & I did not feel rushed at all.

Called and spoke to Tyler to get pricing and he quickly provided an "out the door" quote. Once we decided to buy, he was super helpful and I was in and out in about 40 minutes with my new trailer. One of the ramps had a welding defect in it…
Called and spoke to Tyler to get pricing and he quickly provided an "out the door" quote. Once we decided to buy, he was super helpful and I was in and out in about 40 minutes with my new trailer. One of the ramps had a welding defect in it and Tyler immediately replaced the defective ramp, inspected and identified a fault in the other ramp and replaced that as well. I';ve been super happy with the trailer and the service at Big Tex Trailer World.
