Stopped in for a mud flap. Was in a hurry. People were super friendly and helpful. Had me back rolling in no time. Seems to be a well stocked store and an on site workshop. Thanks for the help folks.

i buy a new 14 LP16f dump trailer here in pelham..bad customer service … the salesperson dawn wyatt is the worst ever meet .. she supposed to check my trailer before sold it to me . no hydraulic fluid and dead battery..is my second big tex trailer and i love…

Just bought a dump trailer from Big Tex. The quality of this trailer is second to none and Dawn was amazing to work with. All the other staff was great too. The purchase was simple and easy from start to finish. Can’t go wrong here.

She Went way above, and beyond what she had to do to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. From this day forward, I will only be dealing with her and only at the Pelham location.
